You've asked SEVERAL questions about blocking websites before using Squid. What part of any of those answers didn't you understand?
If you want to block mail.google.com and/or
www.gmail.com, apply what you've been told several times already. It's a matter of a Squid ACL, for which there are THOUSANDS of easily-found tutorials.
