Unhappy FTP Uploading Problem


Please help.....I cannot upload files to the server. The following configuration is as follow.....

I set chmod 777 tftpboot.

Here is my xinetd config for TFTP:
service tftp
{
disable = no
socket_type = dgram
protocol = udp
wait = yes
user = root
server = /usr/sbin/in.tftpd
server_args = -cs /tftpboot
per_source = 11
cps = 100 2
}
