you can't seriously expect help without more information about it. do you really think that a genuine problem of all network connectivity failing in FC5 exists, and could be solved at such a generic level?

Hi acid,
I have lost my connection to the web once more.
I have been dual booting my machine with Win XP and Fedora Core 5, I was up and running on XP, then rebooted and booted up Fedora, only to find that i couldn't get on line? I have been running dual booting online in Fedora for about 6 days without a hitch. My Network say's I'm activated,But I can't get on line, My firefox is running, yet it can't find the servers?
I tried to resart with the /etc/init.d/network restart command and all commands I know,
Went and configured the linux network static as described to me by a forum member, still wont work,
I can get online with XP without any problems, It's just Linux that's killing me?
I can send you all the details if you like, Would appreciate your help. Thanks, Frank
