Edit packet header?


Hi all:
because of some special researches ,i need to edit packets header,such like ACK,SEQ,WIN...,is it possible to edit them when packets come in or come out?
thanx in advance

Thank you very much,I already read the information about hping2,
i think i should edit some code in the hping2 so i could get the goal,
but i still have a question , is there any tool can do the same thing(edit packet header) on the windows platform? or should i migrate
hping2 to the windows?cuz my research is possible to be cross-platform
cuz i used to programming in Java,I only know a little about C or C++, so plz give me some suggestions,thanx in advance.

whow i think about tfose topics
you can ask the develpores of hping
personally and they will help you futher
(look at the site of hping how to contact)

did you try searching in google and are you truing to develop
this tool by yourself???
