DNS problem regarding pengAol / penngy

I recently got a modem compatible with Linux but my ISP is AOL so I have to rely on peng to connect me to the internet. I open a new terminal and type peng -Connect username password and it does the usual.... dials provider then it says my connection speed, then it starts the kernal says the people on my buddy list that are online at the time.

Then it goes into Trying Dns : 205.188.146.146
I got this DNS server from typing ipconfig / all while connected to AOL in Windows.
I edited the /etc/resolve.conf, /etc/PengAol/PengAol.conf, and /etc/PengAol/DNS.

But when I go into Mozilla and try something like google it says 'Cannot resolve host'. What am I doing wrong I have tried everything that I could find in google but still doesn't connect.

Thanks for any help.

Don't know how the program works, but it should still accept /etc/resolv.conf. I've checked the IP you have given and it doesn't work for me (maybe it answers only a certain group of IPs).

It has come to my attention that peng is extremely out of date so I am in the process of getting penngy 0.2.1 and seeing if that will solve my problems.

Regarding the DNS server I think that you have to have a valid aol username and pass to log into the server? I could be wrong. Thanks
