DNS Cache Flush not Working!!!!

Hai All,

I am facing a problem while running NSCD daemon for caching the DNS responses from the WAN host. The Requirement is to clear the Cache Entries using the NSCD daemon restart operation. But even after restarting the Cache Daemon, the DNS requests of the LAN Host is replied by the Router. That is the cache is not flushed. So the request are replied by the cache entry itself

The hit ratio of the NSCD daemon is also not increasing when I see the statistics using ncsd -g command.Somebody Please throw some light on this issue?
