Dial on demand issues...

HI,

As much as i like banging my head against a brick wall on things i felt i might be a good idea to ask about this one.

Ive been trying to get dod working for the past week but no luck. Does anyone know of good howto for redhat 8 if possible.

By the way when i try to get dod working if get a message in the error log when i start the pppd saying "net.agent: assuming ppp0 is already up" or somthing very similar. What does this mean?

Any help would be welcomed as it may stop me cracking my skull on this wall!!!

I noticed in another post that you can make kppp demand dial with a mouse click? After all the searching that i have done on demand dialing i find this a bit hard to swallow. Ive had a look anyway though but can't find it.

Anyone else know anything about it?
