copying linux file to windows workstation

how to copy linux file from a network (using putty to access linux server ) im on the windows workstation? what command i will used?

u can use 'smbclient' ,
smbclient //<windows-box>/<share> -W <workgroup> -I <ip> -U <user>

it opens an ftp like chanel u can put and get files from over there (the other box).

log in using putty, then, to copy use the cp command.

u know putty, then u should know pscp.
download it from http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~s.../download.html
it is a ssh file copier.
