Hello and Welcome to LinuxQuestions,

I imagine you're referring to CentOS 5.4 instead of Santos. First of all you should know that it's not very smart to put your email address in a post if you don't like spam so please remove it as soon as possible. Besides that you need to know that all users here are volunteers putting in their own free time to help out people with their Linux related questions and problems so don't ask for 'urgent' help. It's only urgent to you. If it's that urgent you can always get paid support.

That being said, can you check if you have any firewall applications running on the Linux box, for example IPTABLES. Check with:
Code:
iptables -L
Besides that, did you configure both servers with static IP or are you assigning IP from a DHCP server (router, gateway)? If DHCP, check if the IP hasn't changed. Post your IP configuration for both hosts (ipconfig /all for Windows and ifconfig for Linux).

Kind regards,

Eric
