Connect to Strongest AP Automatically

Hi
I am using Cinnamon desktop on top of arch linux. I use NetworkManager to connect/manage my wireless access points. There are several access points in my office. Sometimes my linux box automatically connects to weak AP, rather strongest one and I have to manually connect to the strongest one.
How can I make my linux that it always prefers the strongest AP and when this strongest AP goes offline, linux can move to next strong one. And when the previous strongest AP comes back online, linux also moves back to this AP automatically?
Thanks

This has been sitting here for a bit so I'll venture a wild guess.

It may be possible to set up some cron job that monitors this every so often and then adjusts. I looked online for some ideas but only found some enterprise level AP's that might do that and maybe a windows program. Some discussions say it isn't a great plan but we do know that cell phones do this everyday.

Maybe [write a script that uses]: iw scan or WPA_supplicant or ...
or search: arch|linux strongest intitle:AP|"access point" -windows

if it had you'd probably have found it already (you did read the manual?).
but it has a cli interface (nmcli and/or nmtui), combine that with a tool that scans for the strongest ap (that you have credentials for?), a fairly simple self-scripted daemon.

Actually I was wondering that if NetworkManager has this capability. Thanks a lot for the command line solutions, but I cannot implement them.
