grab samba 3.0, or Samba-TNG.
I'm not sure if your looking to access shared folders, do remote desktop connections, or use other features. You may want to specify more clearly what you are looking to do.

mount \\server\share /mnt/data
You might need to specify the filesystem as smbfs

Could you elaborate on that? Connect means? Do you want to see the desktop of win server on your linux desktop remotely ? Or is win server AD server and you want to authenticate using AD user and password?
Also which is your Linux distribution?

Thanks to your replay and for your trying to help me in this.
I want to authenticate using AD user and password and I'm using FC8 now.
