configure a wn311t wiresless card

PS I am using RHEL 5.3.

Hi
The card I have is a Marvell chipset Netgear wn311T card. Marvell website (www.marvell.com and downloads tab) said it had a driver but after much flaffing aroung I realized the driver it had was 32 bit. The linux driver itself was not good either. So finally I ndiswrapped it.

I then $ndiswrapper -l
yk51x64 : driver installed

GOOD ..... well I run $neat and I don't have my card listed
SO then I go to /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts and copy eth0 to eth1 now am I suppose to fill this out? Is the MAC address the same as the ethernet card? what is the Channel length etc etc????

SO I waste nobodies time unnecessarily, I hereby attach further information:

$iwconfig and get the following:

lo no wireless extensions.

eth0 no wireless extensions.

sit0 no wireless extensions.

Finally I $iwlist wlan0 scan and get the following

wlan0 Interface doesn't support scanning.

$lspci -v I get the following

03:07.0 Ethernet controller: Marvell Technology Group Ltd. 88W8361 [TopDog] 802.
11n Wireless (rev 03)
Subsystem: Netgear Unknown device 7e00
Flags: bus master, 66MHz, medium devsel, latency 32, IRQ 5
Memory at fdde0000 (32-bit, non-prefetchable) [size=64K]
Memory at fddd0000 (32-bit, non-prefetchable) [size=64K]
Capabilities: [40] Power Management version 2

Thanks in Advance

What is neat. did you reboot after installing the module. you need to so it will load the device then you need to configure your net work manager to connect.
