COMCAST blocking ports?

All of a sudden, my home web server is not accesible to the world.
I also cannot ssh into my home network remotely.
I can access everything fine on all listening ports from within the network.

This is true for both, even when i tell apache and sshd to listen on random higher ports, using the IP address (from whatismyip.com) and port number - no domain to resolve even.

Everything worked fine last week.

I have Comcast high speed internet in the Norriston, PA area.

Strangely, i can ping the domain (and the external IP address appears in the output)
