Client retransmits FIN ACK 6 no response

Hi All Newbie Here.
1. Server sends FIN ACK
2. Client Sends Packet #123 ACK
3. No traffic for > 30 seconds
4. Packet #435 Client sends FIN ACK
5. Client retransmits FIN ACK 9 more times without response as expected.
The firewall will close connections after delays which if normal.
What can I do on the server side to determine why it won't send the final "Server responds ACK"
note: When the SYN packet arrives from the client trying to establish a new connection, the response ACK is correctly sent and the connection reset sequence is started.

From the server network side what can I check?
Thx in advance...

Nothing you can do. The connection on server is gone because no traffic is larger than 30 seconds.
