hi,
i installed the mandriva 2007, can connect to the outside net, but cannot connect to the local web server (localhost) this is the ping result:
# ping 127.0.0.1
connect: Network is unreachable
this is the firefox error opening http://127.0.0.1/:
Unable to connect
Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at 127.0.0.1

this is the ifconfig resutl:

Hi do one thing,

start network again.

/etc/init.d/network restart
