Question Can't receive mail with sendmail

Please help I have just installed RedHat 9 and I have spent three days trying to figure out how to configure sendmail. I can send messages but can't receive any. This is what I have for the sendmail.mc file:

divert(-1)dnl
include(`/usr/share/sendmail-cf/m4/cf.m4')dnl
VERSIONID(`setup for Red Hat Linux')dnl
OSTYPE(`linux')dnl
define(`confTO_CONNECT', `1m')dnl
define(`PROCMAIL_MAILER_PATH',`/usr/bin/procmail')dnl
define(`ALIAS_FILE', `/etc/aliases')dnl
define(`LOCAL_RELAY',`smtp:192.168.1.')dnl
LOCAL_DOMAIN(`localhost.localdomain')dnl
MASQUERADE_AS(`fuemusic.com')dnl
FEATURE(masquerade_envelope)dnl
FEATURE(masquerade_entire_domain)dnl
MAILER(local)dnl
MAILER(smtp)dnl
MAILER(procmail)dnl

I did try to set up fetchmail but that is not what I am talking about. I am attempting to send an email from an external server and they are never received.

Should my maillog make mention of my attempts to connect to this server. I am thinking that my router may not be functioning properly.
