Hey guys!
I've a problem with my WiFi on Debian 6 with BCM4312.
The problem is: I can see networks, but when I try to connect it just won't connect.
If I try to connect with wicd it keeps saying 'Bad password', but I'm sure it's the right password. I also can't connect to open networks.
Gnome Network Manager can't connect too: it keeps asking for password again and again (with huge intervals).
With /etc/network/interfaces I only get something like 'searching for DHCP server' many times and then it fails.
What I already did:
- Installed broadcom-wl driver
- Installed b43 driver (with this one I can at least see networks)
- Upgraded kernel and everything to unstable
- Tried x86 & x64 version of Debian
The weird thing is: it always worked fine in Ubuntu & Fedora.
Does anyone know how to solve this? I'm pretty familiar with Linux but I don't know too much about it.
Thanks!
