Bridging PCMCIA-Serial

I'm looking for some guidance on what i need to do to get my PCMCIA wireless ethernet card talking to my serial port on my Toshiba laptop.

I am working under the pre-conditions that both interfaces are up and running, ofcourse.

I have tried to find stuff on the web, but i have found jack (mainly i guess because i do not know where or what exactly to look for)

Any webpage references would also be helpful....

anybody?
