BIND - aglue record at root


ill start with the word, sry, im noob on DNS but i want to try to have one.
so what i dont understand is how the world will know my NS?
it should have some A record,im guessing , but where? Do i need a glue record at the root NS?

When you register your domain with a registar, you will tell them the name and IP address of your name servers (you need at least two). The registar will add your name servers to the root DNS servers, which then tell the rest of the Internet where to find your name servers.

The DNS article on Wikipedia is good starting point for getting more information.
