bcm4312 kismet wl broadcom

I have problem with kismet and my wireless card.
I,ve received this error
"Detected wl binary-only broadcom driver for interface eth1. This driver does't provide monitor-mode support. Try to in-kernel opensource driver for the broadcom cards"

I have also checked the and did all the step and as above site shows my hardware supports monitor .

I am kindly asking you to help me solve my problem, If you think this problem is because of my hardware can you suggest a good model for laptop D520 (DELL Latitude).

Try b43 instead of wl. The link below takes you to some instructions you might have already read, but perhaps never acted on.
