autofs issue


I have Redhat Enterprises version 3.0, Installed box, which am trying to configure autofs, I get error
"attempting to mount entry /yyy/project"
"lookup(file) : lookup for project failed

the same mount able to mount it mannually. I checked the autofs status. That also working. linux server am trying to make it slave. master is solaris server, it is working and other Solaris box also working


Someone can give light about the error look file error. I have changed nsswitch.conf and yp.conf. it did not helped
