amavis problem

i have configured a mail server (postfix 2.0.19) with amavisd-new using clamav as virus scanner and spamassassin as spam scanner
when i start amavis and see the log /var/log/mail:
.
.
.
Dec 29 12:08:55 mail amavis[8882]: ANTI-VIRUS code loaded
Dec 29 12:08:55 mail amavis[8882]: ANTI-SPAM code loaded
.
.
Dec 29 12:08:55 mail amavis[8883]: Using internal av scanner code for (primary) Clam Antivirus-clamd
Dec 29 12:08:55 mail amavis[8883]: Found secondary av scanner Clam Antivirus - clamscan at /usr/bin/clamscan
.
.

but if i try to send a mail message to myself containing a test-virus it does not be blocked
