Unhappy Adding static route in Mandrake 9.2




Hi Im a newbie trying Mandrake 9.2

I am trying to add static routes in so i do not have to re-enter every reboot but i cannot find the files to edit to do this? Please help...

PS: have tried creating a "static-routes" in /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/
but the routes do not seem to take?

Have a read of this. You should be able to track down your network startup scripts from there and add the static route to the network startup script.
