Adding route

Hi
I have network in RHEL 5 with 192.168.20.32/27 (ip of the server 192.168.20.36) with gateway as 192.168.20.35.
I would like to add the whole of the 192.168.20.0/24 network to server except my network (192.168.20.32/27) to 192.168.20.33.

Routing requires unique network configuration. In your case they are not unique. Because your used server network (/27) is part of the /24 net your are trying to route to. From my knowledge this will not work.

How do send packets to other network apart from my network (192.168.20.32/27). All the other network is connected to the central router which has one interface 192.168.20.33.
For example
192.168.20.0/27 has gateway 192.168.20.1 which is same central router having an interface 192.168.20.33
192.168.20.32/27 has physical link connected to 192.168.20.33
192.168.20.64/28 is connect by serial interface to the central router on interface 192.168.20.242 (whic has the port 192.168.20.33)

From my server (192.168.20.36) I can add route as
#route add -net 192.168.20.0/27 gateway 192.168.20.33
#route add -net 192.168.20.64/28 gateway 192.168.20.33

This works perfectly fine.

Even if add
#route add -net 192.168.20.0/24 gateway 192.168.20.33. It works fine

My problem is to route the individual network I am missing out some networks and I don't know if I am right to route the whole network to the central router.

I want to route command which will route all the net mask apart of mine to the central router.
I.e.
#route add -net 192.168.20.0/24(-192.168.20.32/27) to the central router ip (192.168.20.33)
