Accessing Linux files on one m/c from another Windows-2000 m/c

Greetings!

I was wondering if there is a way to have constant access to files on a LINUX machine from another machine which runs Windows-2000 (more like mounting my directory on the LINUX m/c to my Windows m/c). If so, I would appreciate if you can given pointers on how to go about setting up such a connection. Both these machines are connected to the internet. Thank you!

- Rajesh.
