802.11a/b/g/n Card Recommendation Plz

Hey gang. Trying to build out a wifi sniffer (Dell Latitude / Natty) but need a NIC that will do:
1) 802.11 a/b/g/n, or at *least* g/n
2) Is dual band: 2x2, 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands
3) Uses a chipset that has a corresponding driver that allows 'rfmon' or being put into monitor mode (for pcap). Bonus points for raw injection capability.
4) Is a PC Card / PCMCIA... I guess USB would work too, but prefer PC card.

Anybody know of a card that fits the bill??

TIA

Injection capability implies usage which violate the LA rules. This thread is closed.
