Question Trying to get postmarketOS on SG Tab 3 Lite (SM-T210)

Tried this and now I get this:

Firmware upgrade encountered an issue. Please select recovery mode in Keys & try again.

Can't get into recover or download mode.

Is this unit now a brick that I should only use for it's components?

PS. I do NOT use windows so Keys it out of the question.
