How to disable high volume warning on Android 13 ?

There are times I need to override the max volume limit, I know I can disable that limit on developer options, but that didn't stop the warning message pops up everytime I turn up the volume. It is extremely annoying when I receive a call someone speaks too softly while I was listening to music via BT earbuds, and modern earbuds tends not to have volume control, even if the buds have volume control I still have to fish out the phone from the pocket to answer that stupid question everytime I turn up the volume, is there a way to bypass that completely without rooting the phone ?

What type of warning are you talking about?

If it's something like an Amber Alert, I don't think there's much you can do about it.

I must be dreaming, I can no long produce that warning, the only thing happened after last time the message popped up was yesterday I received an update of the OS, and I did not see the warning on my tablet running on Android 12 too !
