How doi configure Mobaxterm on my andriod phone?
Please can someone give me a guard on how I can configure Mobaxterm on my android phone, linking it to the AWS EC2 server?

Read Amazon's documentation for a guide:

The instructions are for Putty, but they give you the parameters you need to put into Mobaxterm. Their instructions should tell you how to generate/save the PEM key as stated in the Amazon instructions.
