Call Blocking Application
I've been using a nifty call blocker application for some time now---it was free and has not displayed ads that I've ever seen. Recently, however, the missus has started receiving more and more spam phone calls. Thinking it would be good to get a call blocker for her phone, my genius idea was to get her phone the same one---that would make it easier for me to help getting her blocker set up. Unfortunately, when I went to the Google Play store where I got mine I found that it's no longer available. Bummer.
Two questions:
1.) I'm pretty sure I'm SOL with regards to transferring the blacklist in my current call blocker to a new/different one. Or is there some means of grabbing those numbers from the Android filesystem? (Without rooting the phone, that is.)
2.) Are there call blocker applications out there that will populate a blacklist (or whitelist) from a flat file?

Gave that a try. I couldn't find anything that looked like it was related to the blocker application. At least I didn't run across any files that I was allowed to look at (insufficient permissions). It looks like I'll need to make a list of the currently blacklisted numbers and hope I can find another application that lets me import that list.
Not just on your phone, on the internet. I've found APK files to install Android apps that no longer appear in the store, just on the web. So I email it to myself and then I can install by reading that email and running the APK file. As far as the blacklists, I don't know, but first blocker is to get the app installed on the other phone.
