Interesting that there is no mention that thanks to a successful lawsuit Microsoft makes $5/unit from HTC for its android based phone and is currently seeking from $7.50-12.50/unit from lawsuits against other Android makers. Microsoft is currently making more money from Android based sales than sales of its own Windows based phones.
