My browser is Mozilla Firefox

I can"t download any updates from Linux

2) my computer is very slow
is there anything that I need to
clean the computer to get rid of viruses or spam ?
I have heard that Linux is virus spam free

3) I can"t get on Yahoo games dominoes why ?
