KDE environment on Mint 19.2?

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:kubuntu-ppa/backports
sudo apt update
sudo apt dist-upgrade
sudo apt-get install kubuntu-desktop
the last line returns

The first thing to do is to deal with the broken packages issue.
