Important - Mint security advice for Meltdown & Spectre


The Linux Mint team has released details on the different actions that the user should take to counter the Meltdown & Spectre vulnerabilities.

These include updating your kernel and NVIDIA drivers, and updating/configuring your browser.

I have done the kernel updates and the software as well no issues with my laptop and desktop all went smooth. Linux Mint 18.3 I do use Nvidia so I am good there. Kernel is 4.13.32. I know some had issues with the 4.13 kernels
