Thanks can't find him. I have tried to make it from the Makefile but still have problems I am not so clued up on compiling.

All the helps point to getting grubutil/fbinst-1.6-bin-w32-2010-08-18.zip which has the source but I cannot find any copy anywhere.

No clue what you want to do.
There is a "hidden" flag you can set to any partition with GParted, but every Linux distro I know of ignores it - Windows does not. But that is the OS.
