Flash problems?

I'm running Mint6 here with few real problems but recently I noticed that the "browse" button in my youtube account is missing. Its probably associated with some sort of flash or java thing but I would really appreciate if someone could help me figure out how to get this button back so I can browse the videos stored on my computer to upload to youtube.

I logged in to my youtube account on another machine and its there on a different computer but on my Mint machine certain flash player things aren't working, they6 just show a gray area or nothing at all. Can someone help?

Thank you!!
