Firefox Cache for flv files

just downloaded and am running Linux Mint x64 on my desktop PC.
I got tired of the bugs in the 64-bit Ubuntu 10, so I switched.
So far, I am really liking this. I do have a question: I used to
save some of the Flash movies stored on my hard drive in Ubuntu
the tmp folder, and I know adobe 10 stores them in Firefox Cache now;
how can I save them to my HDD now? I added the Firefox add-on for
downloading Flash videos, but when I think I should be downloading a video,
I don't get the "Blue Button" per the help guide. This is Youtube Downloader 2.0.15
Maybe I added the wrong add-on for this?

This is not the end of the world, there is alway a "work-around."

Your ideas are appreciated,,,,,,,,

Is it possible to save one of these as a file (any type) in a different folder?

At least I know where they are now.

What was the solution?

FlashGot, a plugin for Firefox, sorry I didn't post this when the issue was solved.
