Any Mint Help Center?

Hello,

Debian has a 'Help Center' which centralised all our downloaded documentations like for gcc, libc where we can read, search and do book-marking with our web browser.

Is there such a documentation help system in Mint?

At the user home icon, there is a 'help' menu which is the documentation browser (or press F1).
