Help needed to identify this screenshot


I want to know the possible distro if it is Linux and what window manager is being used in this screenshot

As it says: it's Lynx, a text-only web browser. Have it with any distro, any desktop environment or window manager, or none.

It is lynx running in a xterm window but does not answer the question of what window manager or operating system. My first guess as to desktop is motif or similar to. Can't tell what OS, it could be either linux or Unix.
