Will 3Com 54g card work?

Hello,

I'm new to Linux so apologies if i'm asking stupid questions. I have a laptop with a 3Com 54g PCMCIA card that works great under XP. Now I really want to learn about Linux for the satisfaction and because I don't want to be tied to MS all my life (though XP's quite a good OS I think).

Is it possible to get my 54G card working under Linux?

I'm happy to spend a few days learning and installing as long as I've got some instructions to follow!

Many thanks in advance,

Al.
