UBUNTU on Fujitsu s7110

Hi!
I am not able to install Ubuntu on Fujitsu s7110 , not even with the Live CD of 5.10 version.
The screen is not recognized in the 5.10.
In the 6.06 LTS version it takes 19 minutes to boot on the live cd and the screen frequency is really slow.

how can I do?
Do you advice me to try with the coming 6.10?

is the wireless and bluetooth and ethernet working as well?

regards

Ubuntu

I've installed Ubuntu on many computers and have had some problems on a few with the Live CD. I've found that useing an Xubuntu CD works good because it loads easier (requireing less memory and such). Once Xubuntu to install I use synaptic to download and install Ubuntu or Kubuntu.
