Ubuntu 10.10 on Toshiba


I have installed Ubuntu 10.10 on Toshiba Tecra 8200. but the resolution is only 800x600. Can anyone tell me how to get full screen?

Try from your desktop, System>>Preferences>>Monitors
Click next to (resolutions) and see what options are available there.

The highest resolution shown is 800x600 (4:3).

What kind of graphics hardware does the laptop have?
