System freezes whilst wireless device is turned on.

Hello all,

I am having a problem with openSUSE 10.3 (it happens with other distros as well), the system annoyingly freezes every now and then whilst the wireless device is turned on. My wireless card is Intel PRO 3945ABG, my laptop is Fujitsu Siemens Amilo Pro v3405. I have installed the latest drivers and mac80211 subsystem.

Could you please suggest any solutions for that?

Thank you.
