Problem updating Ubuntu 11.10

Hi, I'm using Ubuntu 11.10. I've been updating the OS using the Ubuntu Update Manager and it has worked fine until recently. I've installed Wine recently and now when I attempt to update, I get this error message:

Requires installation of untrusted packages

The action would require the installation of packages from not authenticated sources.

Did you click Check and Update options before doing the Upgrade? Take a look at the link below here at LQ for a similar problem, the last post has some detailed suggestions.
