so.. here's the situation:
i've tried to install ubuntu(many versions) on my laptop. it didn't worked out (when X is about to start, i just get black screen and nothing working. I even can't open cdrom. The only button, that my laptop is responding to is power button, which i have to hold down for a while to take effect.
after many tries i decided to give up on ubuntu and downloaded knoppix, which is working fine, except graphics. so.. the problem is, that after knoppix i've got two partitions (loop0 and loop 2), which are ~10gigs both. gparted says, that they are even not formatted. paragon partition manager in windows says, that there are no such partitions. so i'm confused. and btw, when i trie to set disklabel on these partitions(unallocated spaces actualy) i get message, that it's not possible to set disklabel on this partiton..

any thoughts on my problems, mates?
