pm-suspend on thinkpad 200si via lid switch on slackware_64 14.2
I'm using the /etc/acpi/events/lid file to call /etc/acpi/suspend2ram.sh which reads as follows:
----------------------------
#!/bin/bash
grep -q closed /proc/acpi/button/lid/LID0/state
if [ $? = 0 ]
then
pm-suspend
fi
-----------------------------
Now this script works fine on my Samsung netbook and on my other Thinkpad X61, but on the Thinkpad X200si the system suspends and then sometime later, with the lid still closed, resumes. This usually happens in my bag or some other inconvenient, un-noticed location. Sometimes I'll hear the beep of the resume as I'm riding along on my bike.
I'm not using KDE or XFCE or any other desktop. Just fluxbox wm.
Any ideas what's triggering the resume?
