Itwillneverreboot issue

Gday gsirs, having a trouble with two distrs already. The first one was BT5 R2 based on Ubuntu; the second is LMDE-64, fully up to damn date.
I installed both of them from usb drive, the first time using pendrive, and the other one using dd.
After copying system files I agreed to reboot system, ejected usb drive and pressed enter. It wouldn't restart, so I had to hold the power button, then switch it again.
Then after the first non-live boot it didn't reboot.

What does it look like? Well, I select the Quit option in Menu and then press Restart; it's going to splash screen and then black screen, then it claims that 'all processes have got TERM signal blah blah blah', and 'system is going to reboot' or something. As usual, but - then screen goes totally black and nothing.

Important! I've got three OS's, and two of them have that issue and one doesn't (LMDE-64 does, Backtrack based on Ubuntu does, Ubuntu 10.10 does NOT).

Well, my logs are dmesg, lspci, lsmod.

dmesg: http://yadi.sk/d/MuFojfL02JSwn
lspci: http://yadi.sk/d/bg8D60272JSwh
lsmod: http://yadi.sk/d/pk_-WWHW2JSwV

It is better to include log messages in a post by placing them between code tags. On this board that is the # symbol. It is easier to do and does not require people to be willing to download images in order to read them.

So; it's Linux Mint and Backtrack with the issue; correct?

To make things simple for a 'diagnoses' you may want to list all of your commands/outputs for your Linux Mint distro first indicating that; than list all of the output to the commands for your Backtrack distro secondly.
