Hi & Welcome to Linux Questions-

Find out if Bluetooth is installed.

To find out run this:

Code:
dpkg -L bluez
https://thelinuxcode.com/enable-bluetooth-ubuntu/

This might help too:

https://www.linuxquestions.org/quest...re-4175625187/

If you still have trouble look for Bluetooth or bluez in your Synaptic Package Manager.

If Bluetooth is installed it would show in your system tray or somewhere on the desktop.

Try looking in your settings. What happens when you run this command?

sudo /etc/init.d/bluetooth start

Ok-

Is there a chance that your bluetooth device is blocked?
Run this to see if it's blocked:

Code:
sudo rfkill list
If it still doesn't work look here:
