grub fdisk command not found


Hi,

I have installed fedora core 4 which already had windows xp. My problem is that the commands grub-install, fdisk are not found. Arent these commands installed by default??
I have a problem with dual booting, i cannot found window xp in my boot loader. Need a fix.
please suggest how correct the errors?

You need to be root to access those commands. Use "su -" to switch to root.

thank you, i was using 'su' rather than 'su -'.

If you need access to roots full path, then "su -" is the right command. I usually just use su for most things.
