I got a garmin 200W with usb ports.I not really sure how to get gpsd to work with gpsdrive and ideas? When i put the usb cable in my laptop fedora 9 gnome pick it up and i not sure what to do next.
It is not the software that is the problem but the GPS device. By 200W I assume this is the Nuvi 200W automative navigation unit. According to the information provided in my previous post these units do not output any form of real time position information. The 650 is in the same class as the 200W so I conclude your device will not work either.
